When Dragonflies Appear, So Do We

Founded in memory of Kathleen Frank Piglia, the When Dragonflies Appear Foundation brings compassionate care and emotional support to families impacted by cancer. Inspired by a daughter’s love and a mother’s legacy, we show up when it matters most — offering in-home caregiving support, therapy for caregivers, and funding for rare cancer research.
